COM141030 - Work lists: features of work lists: display immediate action work lists (DIAW)

Certain work lists require immediate action. For example, all lists in connection with repayments or reallocations.

Function DIAW (Display Immediate Action Worklists) displays the number of cases held on these Immediate Action work lists. Providing that you have the appropriate user role you can go directly into the individual work list functions from Function DIAW.

Note: Local management need to ensure that this work list is reviewed at least once a day to ensure that any new cases appearing are dealt with immediately.
