COM140030 - Work lists: work lists: overview and management: printing work lists
Some online activity, and overnight processing, updates the entries on work lists automatically. So by working from the on-screen list (rather than a print taken of it) you will always have the most up to date information available.
You can use the [Print] button to print the entries on the page of the work list you are currently on. If you want to print the previous or next page of the work list
- Use the [Forward] or [Back] buttons as appropriate
And then
- Select the [Print] button to print that page
If the work list has been filtered and sorted and you want to print the full list
- Select the [Clear] button
And then
- Select the [Print] button for each page of the list
For more information about filtering a list, see subject ‘Filtering And Sorting A Work List’ (COM141050) in section ‘Features Of Work Lists’.
You may want to print a copy of a work list if you
- Need a record of a filtered and sorted list
Or
- Want to get out the files for the listed cases
Note: You should not work from the printed work list as a matter of course. If exceptionally you choose to do so, remember that a printed list soon gets out of date.
