To view the Inhibit Small Repayments Only signal

To view the Inhibit Repayment Amount Specified by Company signal

To unset the Inhibit Reallocations Only (Automatic) signal in the Owning Office

Step 4

To unset the Reallocation Inhibited (Automatic) signal in a Debt Management & Banking Office

Step 5

To unset the Inhibit Small Repayments Only signal

Step 7

To amend the amount of the Inhibit Repayment Amount Specified by Company signal

Step 8

To unset the Cancelled Repayment Inhibit signal

If you want to see whether the computer has set signals to prevent automatic repayments or reallocations

• Use Function DAPD (Display AP Details)

Or

• Use Function MRSC (Maintain Repayment / Reallocation Signals (Company)

If you want to see whether the computer has set the signal to prevent automatic repayments of amounts of £20 or less

• Use Function MRSC (Maintain Repayment / Reallocation Signals (Company)

If you want to see whether the computer has set a signal inhibiting automatic repayments of an amount specified by the company

If exceptionally you want to unset the Inhibit Reallocations Only (Automatic) signal

• Use Function MAPS(Maintain AP Signals) and select ‘N’ from the drop down menu for the Automatic Inhibitions: Reallocations field

If you want to unset the Reallocation Inhibited (Automatic) signal

• Use Function RAPP (Revise AP Pursuit) and select ‘N’ from the drop down menu for the AUTOMATIC INHIBITION Reallocation Inhibited field

If you want to unset the Inhibit Small Repayments Only signal

• Use Function MRSC (Maintain Rept / Realloc Signals (Co)) and select ‘N’ from the drop down box for the Inhibit Small Repayments Only field

Use Function MRSC (Maintain Rept / Realloc Signals (Co)) and enter the amount in the Inhibit Repayment Amount Specified by Company field

If exceptionally you want to unset the Cancelled Repayment Inhibit signal

• Use Function MAPS (Maintain AP Signals) and select ‘N’ from the drop down box for the Cancelled Repayment Inhibit field
