CITM2090 - Accreditation: Publication of accredited bodies

The Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform (BERR) publishes a list of those bodies that are accredited Community Development Finance Institutions (CDFIs), together with outlines of their operations and contact details. See www.berr.gov.uk.

Accredited CDFIs must agree to the publication of such details.

CDFIs must notify BERR of any necessary change to the published information within thirty days of the event giving rise to the change. Failure to do so exposes the CDFI to a £100 penalty, unless there is a reasonable excuse for the failure.
