CITM2040 - Accreditation: Notification

SI2003/96 Regulations 4 & 5

The Secretary of State must give written notice of his/her decision on any application by a Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) for accreditation under the CITR scheme ( CITM2010).

Where accreditation is granted the notification must include the date of grant and the date on which the period of accreditation begins.

Where accreditation is refused the notification must include both the date and the grounds for the refusal.
