This regulation deals with reverse premiums.
Subject to para (2) a payment under a construction contract
is not a contract payment if the payment is a reverse premium
within the meaning of FA99/SCH6 or ITTOIA05/S99: SI2005/2045 reg
20(1).
Para 5 of FA99/SCH6 does not apply for the purposes of (1):
SI2005/2045 reg 20(2).
