CISR17020 - The Scheme: secondary legislation: regulation 1

This regulation confirms the title of the regulations as the Income Tax (Construction Industry Scheme) Regulations 2005.

The regulations will come into force on an appointed day to be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.
