Vouchers: issue and replenishment: introduction

VOUCHER ISSUE AND REPLENISHMENT: INTRODUCTION

This module covers matters relating to the automatic issue of CIS vouchers and the automatic replenishment of stocks of those vouchers.

Automatic replenishment is managed by voucher profile bands and all CIS voucher users are allocated to a voucher profile band. The voucher profile system is also described in this module.

The coverage of the module extends to the following

• dealing with requests for more vouchers

• system reports regarding voucher usage

• automatic voucher issue and replenishment

• reviewing system records of voucher stocks and voucher usage.
