Schedule 36 is the original Schedule 36 FA 2008.

Schedule 36 version 2 includes amendments up to 14 September 2009 for Schedule 57 FA 2008, Schedule 47 FA 2009 and SI 2009/59.

Schedule 36 version 3 includes amendments from Section 96 FA 2009 and Schedule 48 FA 2009, which apply from 1 April 2010.

Schedule 13 F3A 10 applies Schedule 36 rules to certain Excise Information Notices in CEMA. This schedule shows only the pieces of CEMA that Schedule 36 applies to.
