CG53722 - Qualifying corporate bonds: exemption: Lloyd's Underwriters

The special rules in TCGA92/S207 for computing the gains or losses on the disposal of assets in the premiums trust fund of Lloyd's Underwriters do not apply, TCGA92/S207 (6). As explained at CG24051 these funds are dealt with by West Yorks Personal Tax Unit.
