CCP09010 - Specimen descriptions of common contraventions and further warnings: Essential elements

The essential elements to include, whether referring to a specific single transaction or a schedule of transactions, are:

• the procedure, for example, declaration; unauthorised removal; CPEI authorisations etc
• the dates or timescale of the contravention(s)
• the Articles contravened.
