CCP04080 - Customs Civil Penalty Warning Letter process: Recording of Warning Letters

The Salford Customs Civil Penalty (CCP) Team will maintain a spreadsheet of all Civil Penalty Warning Letters (CPWL) issued, see CCP08000.

It is the responsibility of the CITEX CCP Network to check the CPWL spreadsheet for completeness and accuracy and they can update the spreadsheet with the correct information should it be found to be wrong or incomplete.

Compliance officers who have access to a trader’s folder must file copies of the CPWL there.
