CCP09090 - Specimen descriptions of common contraventions and further warnings: Export goods removed from Customs supervision (Reason 353)

‘You have failed to ensure that goods to export entry XXXXX dated dd/mm/yy (AWB XXXXXXX) were not removed from Customs supervision at XXXXXX until cleared by Customs. This is contrary to your NES authorisation dated dd/mm/yy and Article 59(2) of the Code’.

Further Warning insert: ‘However, if within the next two years the level of control of goods under Customs supervision destined for export falls below an unacceptable level you may not be given the same concessions and a penalty may be applied without further warning’.
