CCM - Recent changes to this manual

Below are details of the amendments that were published on 05 July 2005 (see the update index for all updates).

Amendments have been made throughout this manual to reflect the following changes: Leaflets Code of Practice 23 is replaced by WTC/FS2 “Tax Credit Examinations” Code of Practice 27 is replaced by WTC/FS1 “Tax Credits Enquiry” WTC3/WTC4 is replaced by WTC7 “Tax Credit Penalties – What happens at the end of a check”. Organisation Area teams has been amended to Claimant Compliance Centre (CCC) NIAT has been amended to Claimant Compliance Risk Team (CCRT) RIAT has been amended to CCRO Manager’s manager has been amended to Claimant Compliance Group Manager (CCGM) TCOCT has been amended to CCC Preston/Washington References to Area Team Manager, C2, Team Manager have been replaced with Claimant Compliance Centre Manager (CCCM)
