CCM9160 - Cashcheque offences: Investigations: Location of work

Civil investigations will be worked either:

• by the Payment Fraud Team (PFT), Waterview House, Washington by correspondence, or
• by Claimant Compliance Team Claimant Compliance Officers (CCOs), generally face to face.
