CCM9110 - Cashcheque offences: Counterfeit cashcheques

Counterfeiting involves:

• making a photocopy or other copy of an actual cashcheque (which is then presented for payment resulting in a duplicate payment), or
• producing and cashing an entirely fabricated document.
