CCM5380 - Working the examination:
Meetings at claimant's(s') home: Conduct
Remember that you are a guest in the claimant’s home, and
do not have any right to be there unless the claimant(s) invites
you in. Once in the claimant’s home you
must never:
- go into any part of the property without
permission - for example, you should always ask permission to use
the bathroom
- look in cupboards or other areas that are
not in full view, unless the claimant(s) invites you to do so.
BUT
you may note down relevant details that are in open view.
