CCM2170 - Compliance Strategy: The Tax Credits Transformation Programme (TCTP)

The Tax Credits Transformation Programme (TCTP) is one of the teams in Benefits and Credits (Product and Process Group) and was set up to:

• gain a better understanding of the needs and circumstances of customers
• use this understanding to segment our customers so that they can receive services and communications tailored to their needs
• develop, test and implement services and communications which respond to the needs and circumstances of our customers

Claimant Compliance staff will sometimes be asked to assist the TCTP test an initiative. Where this happens, the work will be carried out as part of a formal project.
