- TCC6A at CCM21410 where you sent the
original informal request to the claimant
- TCC6B at CCM21420 where you sent the
original informal request to the claimant’s agent or
representative.
You should issue leaflet WTC/FS3 – Tax credits formal
request for information – with the notice.
