On receipt of the offer you will be considering 2 things:


  • is the wording acceptable? – see CCM8570
  • (This text has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)

If the claimant has amended the offer or enclosed a covering letter to say the offer is in full and final settlement – see CCM14382.
