CCM9250 - Cashcheque Offences: Investigations by Payment Fraud Team: Claimant admits offence: Recovery in year

Where the claimant admits the offence but it is now after 5th April and we have not yet finalised the award for the year to which the payment relates you can take no further action until the award is finalised.

Where the claimant admits the offence you should:-

• Send letter TCC35 to the claimant.
• BF the papers until the case is finalised and then see CCM9255.
