CCM8435 - Closing the Examination: Review of means - alerting Debt Management and Banking (DMB) colleagues
During the course of your examination you may obtain a statement
of assets, bank account details or generally discuss and record
information about means. Where an amount is referred to the Debt
Management & Banking (DMB) for recovery and particularly where
DMB colleagues are having problems collecting the money, it would
help them to know that this information is available.
It will therefore help your DMB colleagues if you record the
fact you hold such information on Household Notes and the date on
which the claimant supplied the information. For consistency you
should record the information as follows:
| SoA/means | [date] |
| Bank A/c | [date] |
