CCM7480 - Discrepancy Enquiries: Working the Discrepancy – Additional information received, refer to the CCRO to consider for full enquiry

During your enquiry, you may receive information which indicates that another aspect / risk is inaccurate. If this occurs, you must refer the case to the relevant CCRO using a TC803b (see Claimant Compliance section of NTC Manual for details).

The CCRO will confirm whether they are taking the case up as a full enquiry or not. If the CCRO is taking the case up for enquiry, you need to transfer the case to the Claimant Compliance Risk Team (CCRT) in TCW (see TCW Guide for further details). If the CCRO is not taking the case up as a full enquiry, continue your action on the information confirmed and then forward any other information to the CCRO via the CCRT, as additional intelligence using a TC803a.
