CCM7370 - Discrepancy Enquiries: No response to the renewal notice

If the claimant(s) does not respond to the renewal notice by the first specified date, see CCM11045, we will make a decision on the entitlement for the year using the latest figure of income provided by the claimant(s). Note that in these cases the figure of income is treated as actual not estimated, so that the decision is a final decision, and the enquiry window will open the day after the decision is made.
