CCM7360 - Discrepancy Enquiries: Date the enquiry window closes

The date on which the enquiry window closes depends on either the first specified date, see CCM11045, or the second specified date, see CCM11060 rather than the date on which the final decision is made.

For claimants who are not SA taxpayers who return:

• actual income by the first specified date, see CCM11045 the enquiry window will close one year after the first specified date
• an estimate of their income by the first specified date, see CCM11045, and return their actual income by the second specified date, see CCM11060, the enquiry window will close one year after the second specified date.
