CCM17910 - Discrepancy Enquiries: Penalty Cases: Settling the case

Once the claimant has returned the letter of offer - see CCM14380. If you are able to accept the offer you will need to arrange for a letter of acceptance to be issued – see CCM14390.

The case shall then be closed on TCW – see CCOM21215.
