CCM11300 - End of Year Issues: Examinations still open after 5 April - scope of this section

Chapter 5 of the CCM tells you how to work your examination but if this is still open after 5 April you need to be aware of how the various provisions in Section 14/15/16/17 and 18 interact. This will depend on if your case is:-

• a claim made retrospectively after 5 April - see CCM11315
• a pre-award examination still open at 5 April - see CCM11320
• a post-award examination still open at 5 April - see CCM11325
