CBTM12008 - Guardian's Allowance: Claiming - Date payment starts for claim

Date of entitlement under an award for the purposes of payability

Child Benefit & Guardian’s Allowance (Administration) Regulations 2003, regulation 13

Where an award of Guardian’s Allowance is made for a period of a week or weeks and the date of entitlement is not a Monday, benefit or allowance will become payable from the Monday after the date of entitlement.
