The ‘Connexions Service’ means arrangements made by
the Secretary of State with any person under any of the
following:
- section 114(2)(a) of the Learning and
Skills Act 2000
- section 10(1) of the Employment and
Training Act 1973
- section 114(2)(b) of the Learning and
Skills Act 2000
- section 10(2) of the Employment and
Training Act 1973
