CBTM05340 - Period of the overpayment: Start of the recoverable overpayment - misrepresentation

The recoverable overpayment starts on the day on which the correct decision would have taken effect, had the claimant not misrepresented.

If a misrepresentation occurs on an initial claim for a daily or weekly benefit, the overpayment is recoverable from the beginning of the award.
