BLM74675 - Schedule 12 FA 1997: Part II: Part II lease subsequently comes within Part I

Where a Part II lease subsequently comes within Part I, FA97/Sch12/Para14 allows unused cumulative excesses to be carried forward to periods for which Part I applies - see BLM72015.
