BIM72280 - Partnerships: Computation & assessment: Other Income: Allocation of Income

Once computed you allocate the other income (or losses) to individual partners (ICTA88/S111 (3)), (as applied by ICTA88/S111 (7) and ICTA88/S111 (10)).

After computing the other income (or loss) for any accounting period you allocate it to the individual partners according to the commercial sharing arrangements in force for that period. As with Schedule D Case I and II income the allocation process cannot create or increase a loss - see BIM72245.
