BIM72150 - Partnerships: Limited Liability Partnership (LLP): NIC

The NIC position of members of a LLP is the same as that of partners in an ordinary partnership. Thus the members of a LLP are liable to Class 2, Class 3 and Class 4 NIC as appropriate.
