A relevant agreement is any agreement made under

• Section 52 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971.

or

• Section 50 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972.

or

• Section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

or

• any provision corresponding to Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 in force in Northern Ireland.
