Where a part of a payment which would otherwise be allowable is disallowed under ICTA88/S782, the next payment by the same person under the same lease is to be regarded as increased by the amount of the disallowance. The payment so increased is then to be compared with the commercial rent and any disallowance again carried forward, and so on as long as the payments are made:
