BIM41115 - Receipts: reverse premiums: person chargeable

A reverse premium may be received by the person who takes the lease, or by someone connected with that tenant. It is always charged as the income of the person who receives it (FA99/SCH6/PARA1 (1) & (2), ITTOIA05/S99 or ITTOIA05/S311).
