The rules in FA99/S54 and FA99/SCH6 apply to a reverse premium received on or after 9 March 1999, unless the recipient was entitled to receive it before 9 March 1999. In deciding whether a person was entitled to receive a reverse premium before 9 March 1999, you should take into account only arrangements made before that date (FA99/S54 (2) & (3)).
