Case III interest of money, annuities and other annual payments, discounts and income from securities bearing interest payable out of the public revenue (except income charged under Schedule C up to 1995-96
Case IV income arising from securities outside the UK (except income charged under Schedule C up to 1995-96)

Case VI any annual profits or gains not falling under any other Case of Schedule D or any other Schedule

For Corporation Tax purposes, the scope of Cases III, IV and V has been amended by FA96/SCH14. A new ICTA88/S18 (3A) now applies for Corporation Tax purposes.
