AIR4140 - Alcoholic Ingredients Relief: Technical guidance: What about eligible products with short lives?

Sometimes sauces or other eligible products are produced for “quick meals”. These products are eligible for AIR. However, if the sauce goes off before it can be used or other eligible products go past their sell by date, the important thing is that the alcohol was used in an eligible product. Whether it was actually used or not before its sell by date is immaterial. The AIR claim is still valid.
