For a routine appeal, for example an appeal against a fixed late filing penalty, or other non- contentious appeal it will not be necessary to go through all the stages set out in AH0801 and AH0805. The exact format of the hearing will depend on such factors such as whether or not the appellant attends and what evidence, if any, is given and, of course, the Commissioners’ views on the format of the hearing.
