The Commissioners may postpone or adjourn a hearing. Where they
do so, the Clerk is required to notify the parties of the place,
date and time of any further hearing unless, in the case of an
adjournment, that information is announced in the presence of the
parties. In practice it is preferable that written notice is given
in all cases since it is possible that an oral notice may not fully
comply with the requirements of the regulation.
