It is the responsibility of the Clerk to the Commissioners,
after consulting the Chairman of the division, to arrange suitable
premises at which hearings can be held.
The Department of Constitutional Affairs has suggested that
suitable premises might be public buildings or offices such as Town
Hall Committee rooms. HMRC offices should not be used.
