AH1180 - General Commissioners: Listing cases for Personal hearing: Removal of appeals from list prior to hearing

If any case appearing in the list is settled before the date fixed for the meeting, if it is a specially set up meeting notify the appellant that his attendance will not be required. Also inform the Clerk to Commissioners.
