AH1160 - General Commissioners: Listing cases for Personal hearing: Preparation of list

The instructions at CO4000+ tell you about using the computer to prepare lists of cases for hearing before the General Commissioners.

As well as storing and printing the lists, the computer will produce when required, the notices to be sent to agents and their clients. The function allows you to create and print `draft' lists in advance of the `final' list which you can use to control the cases being taken to a particular hearing.

If you already have dates for Commissioners meetings then appeals may be put on the list of the meeting of your choice. If the dates are not agreed it is possible to set up dummy lists any chosen date within the next 12 months. Once the calendar is set with the Clerk the dates on the dummy lists can be adjusted to suit.
