It is the practice of the Special Commissioners to issue
Directions in all cases. If necessary, a Preliminary Hearing will
be held for this purpose, both the parties are able to agree
Directions generally, the Special Commissioners will consider their
proposals.
The Special Commissioners use Standard Directions in the
absence of any Directions specifically agreed between the parties.
At the time of publication, their Standard Directions were in the
course of revision.
