AH0480 - General and Special Commissioners: The General Commissioners (Jurisdiction and Procedure) Regulations 1994 - Regulation 25

This provides that all Notices shall be given in writing unless the Tribunal authorises it to be given orally. This can happen under Regulation 27 (see AH0482).
