AH0479 - General and Special Commissioners: The General Commissioners (Jurisdiction and Procedure) Regulations 1994 – Regulation 24

This is known to lawyers as the 'slip rule' and follows the corresponding provisions in the County Court and High Court rules. It empowers the Tribunal to correct clerical mistakes or other errors or irregularities. These are best dealt with by telephoning the Clerk to the Commissioners to discuss how the matter can best be done. Usually, this is dealt with subsequently by an exchange of letters.
