AH0476 - General and Special Commissioners: The General Commissioners (Jurisdiction and Procedure) Regulations 1994 - Regulation 16

This deals with the Tribunal's decisions and provides that the decision shall be by a simple cast of votes of the members of the bench and that a written Notice is sent to each party once the final determination is made.
