ADDM242 - ADD user guidance: corporate organisation (information)

The Corporate Organisation screen displays details of organisations, which are acting in an official capacity for a customer, for example, a nursing home that is receiving an award on a customer's behalf.

Within this screen you can view

• Corporate Organisation Details, which includes
• • Corporate Organisation Identifier
  • Corporate Organisation Name
  • Corporate Organisation Address

And

• Corporate Organisation Contact Details. These may include
• • Contact name
  • Telephone number
  • Fax number
  • Email address
  • Start date

The Corporate Organisation screen can be accessed from the ADD Home screen.

To conduct a more detailed corporate organisation trace, click on the Corporate Organisation hyperlink from the Person Trace screen.

You will only be able to access the Corporate Organisation Trace screen if you are allocated the Specialist User or Enhanced Trace User role(s).
