ADDM218 - ADD user guidance: address trace (information)
Use this guidance to search for a customer by their address.
If an address search has been successful, the option to view
the current and previous occupants of the address linked to the key
data that you used in your search will be displayed.
This option to view the current and previous occupants also
gives the further option of accessing more detailed personal
information about the current and previous occupants.
Access to the View Occupancy History screen can only be made
from the Address Trace screen.
The Address Results section will include the following
personal details of the current and previous occupants
- Number of records held
- Addresses that match the search criteria including the post code
If an address search is not successful, you will not be able to
view the occupancy history.
You must have access to the Specialist User or Enhanced Trace
User roles to undertake an address trace or view an occupancy
history.
To conduct a successful address trace the data entered by you
must comply with a set of minimum data requirements. These are
listed in the table below
